How many times have you used the excuse,”I don’t have any cash on me” when a homeless person has asked you for money? Can’t use that excuse with Abe Hagenston from Detroit because he now accepts credit cards. He’s been homeless for about seven years, living under an overpass in Detroit, according to CBS Detroit. Abe has a cell phone and purchased one of those card swiping squares for about $10 and has been in business ever since. He accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express and says its all done “safely and securely.” You don’t say. He even has a website and he says that his business is being homeless.
